BNW Summer Clinics

Burnaby New Westminster Ringette Association is offering skills clinics during summer of 2010.

Location: Moody Park Arena

Time: 5:30pm to 6:30pm or 6:45pm to 7:45pm

Dates: July 7^th, 14^th, 21^st, 28^th, August 4^th, 11^th, 18^th and 25^th.

We are offering two classes each hour.

1.      Offensive and Defensive skills clinics (10 to 15 spots)

2.      Introduction to Goaltending clinics (4 spots per hour)

 
As I know it is hard to commit to all 8 weeks during the summer, I am only asking you to commit to the weeks the players are available.  Please indicate which classes you can attend on the registration form.  The fees will be calculated accordingly.

The classes will be made available to players from outside BNW. If sessions fill during pre-regisration I will give priority to players registered in BNW or who have played in BNW. We will allow drop in at a higher cost, but all pre-registered players will have priority over any drop-ins.

I’ll collect the cheques on July 7^th at Moody Park during the first sessions.

 
I really want to fill the entire Introduction to Goaltending class.  BNW does not have a single full time or part time goalie register next year in U14, U12 or U10.  I hope through these clinics to identify 6 to 10 players who are willing to work on being a part time ( or full time ) goalie for next season.

The skills clinics are being designed by Jennifer Wakefield and taught by instructors who play in the NRL or AA programs.
