Experience the exhilaration of this unique ice sport! Whether you're a complete beginner or already know how to skate, we welcome everyone to come try ringette. Children will be guided through the basics, from shooting and passing to skating techniques. Not only will you get to try a fast-paced and dynamic team sport, but you'll also have the chance to meet new friends and be a part of a vibrant and inclusive community.
We will provide a helmet, skates and a stick to borrow for a fun time on ice led by our amazing team of volunteers.
Bring gloves or mittens and dress in warm comfortable cloths. Other protective equipment (for example, knee pads, elbow pads...) is welcome but not required.

Ringette is an ice sport that was invented in Canada by Sam Jacks in 1963 and has since been dubbed the fastest sport on ice. Ringette players develop strong skating and passing skills as this is game of speed and skill where body checking is not allowed.
